Spiral Floral does not accept returns or offer refunds. We take great care to ensure every arrangement is crafted with fresh, high-quality flowers and handled with intention from start to finish. Because fresh flowers are naturally delicate, their longevity depends heavily on proper care once received.

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with your order, please contact us at order@spiralfloral.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos. If a quality concern is confirmed, we are happy to offer a replacement arrangement or bouquet.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal preference, including flower types, color variations, or overall aesthetic. While we always aim to honor your requested style and color palette, our designs are guided by seasonal availability and what is freshest at the market. Variations are part of the nature (and beauty) of working with fresh, seasonal flowers.
